You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase or before it has been dispatched, whichever comes first.
To request a cancellation, please contact our customer service team through email.
If the order qualifies for cancellation, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days .
Once an order has been shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation. However, you can request a return after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy .
We do not currently support changes to items or addresses once the order has been confirmed. In such cases, you must cancel the order (if it qualifies) and place a new order.
